My State Farm account is with another office, even so, any time I have questions I call the local office in my town. Lidia has been very pleasant to speak with. She quickly answered all my concerns. With a kind greeting At the end of the call she made sure all my concerns have been answered. I am now filling the paperwork to move my account to this office. "My car wouldn’t start this morning , I called the office to get assistance , Lydia was extremely helpful. She put a call into Andy he was at my house within 30 min.
